A new firm specialised in CRM solutions has published "Global Sales Predictions for 2015" - a new report for the sales sector as a whole.
CRM company LeadTrigger's report focusses on predictions from key figures in sales around the world, all of whom have insightful views into what the new year will hold for the sector.
The 35 page report sees contributions from a total of 36 sales experts, who discuss everything from their predictions in social sales through to CRM systems and sales training.
LeadTrigger is a CRM provider based in Manchester, UK. Founded earlier this year by James Welch, the company says its focus is on providing a streamlined experience that will support sales people working within their chosen industries. It aims to allow those in sales to keep up to date with the progress of their customer actions as quickly and easily as possible.
When asked about the report, founder James Welch stated, "As a company, LeadTrigger are all about providing a customer service and experience that goes above and beyond anyone else in the CRM sector. Creating this report was our way of doing that.
In the feedback we found trends. We found debates. And we also found new ideas, which is exactly what we wanted when we set out to create this report. We aimed to get a sense of where the sales industry is going this year that was innovative, informing and inspiring, and we got exactly that.
