Providers of business process solutions, ProcessFlows, has appointed Jonathan Joseph as its new channel sales manager.
Joseph has more than 10 years experience in the digital print environment. He was the production print professional services manager at IKON, providers of document management solutions; mentoring a team of five analysts at the time print management technology first came onto the market (IKON then merged with Ricoh in 2008).
Joseph will be working with Franca Cognata, who has led and built the ProcessFlows’ channel partner programme, to develop and grow channel partnerships and increase revenues for print management software solutions.
Joseph led the launch of print management technology into the digital print industry and hopes to add value for ProcessFlows MFP partners. Additionally, he brings to ProcessFlows extensive experience gained in a previous, post sales role, which included implementing and supporting print management software with CRM systems, business process automation and workflow.
Cognata said: “Jonathan understands the print conundrum from every perspective. This end-to-end experience is going to be invaluable to ProcessFlows, our MFP partners and customers as we open up opportunities in new market sectors.”
In his spare time, Joseph has written an eBook, Web to Print Making Internet Sales, which can be downloaded from his digital print blog, where he shares his knowledge, skills and expertise with others working in the digital print industry. His blog, Simple Sells, outlines the three key steps to successful selling.
He lives in Warrington, Cheshire, as a father of two children and spends his spare time as a volunteer heading up the IT operation for Warrington Warriors Swimming Team.
