Lets Race, the UK’s only full motion Formula 1 Simulator Centre in Surrey, is inviting business owners, HR representatives and corporate booking/hospitality decision makers to their exclusive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) open day on Friday 20th February.
Featuring VIP guest speaker, Tom Gaymor, a professional consultant for Carlin Motorsport and TV presenter for BT Sport, delegates will get to unleash their driver within as they take part in day of racing like they have never experienced before.
Running from 11am – 3pm the day will give attendees a deeper insight into Lets Race’s facilities and corporate offering explaining how motorsport is used for a variety of hospitality events to engage customers, motivate employees, reward staff success or bring teams together to enhance staff morale.
Ben Stephenson, Commercial Manager at Lets Race, said: “Most companies tend to choose hotels or purpose built conference centres to hold their off-site meetings and events days but many don’t realise that there is a whole world of unique alternatives available to them that still offer the first class service they expect. Our MICE open day will hopefully not only inspire businesses to branch out when looking for venues, but also gain a deeper insight into the events industry from our guest speaker Tom Gaymor, who is one of the best and respected motorsport consultants in the country.
“Formula 1 offers world renowned hospitality packages for client entertaining but for many businesses they are priced out of reach for team building events or briefings. The 10 networked simulators at Lets Race provide the closest experience possible to driving a Formula 1 car at a fraction of the cost. Thanks to our on-site catering and meeting rooms with fully equipped AV equipment we are able to offer the same service as hotels and conference centres but with a unique racing twist to keep attendees engaged no matter their age, gender or driving capabilities.”
