Xcel Sales, one of the UK’s leading full-service sales agencies, which prides itself on providing comprehensive, professional sales outsourcing services, are delighted to announce the successful relocation move to Chineham Park, Basingstoke.
“We are thrilled to be operating from new, bigger premises,” says owner and CEO of Xcel Sales Ltd, Nicola Hartland. “It was a big investment in terms of both money and time, but the move will enable us to improve our service to current clients, and continue to expand the business.”
Xcel Sales has been providing unique end-to-end solutions for sales, lead generation, and development for just over four years. The company helps both fledgling and established businesses bolster, replace, or enhance their sales teams. Nicola and her team of sales professionals spend a great deal of time working with Companies and business owners to troubleshoot underperforming sales teams and highlight areas for improvement that may have otherwise been difficult to identify from within an individual company. Xcel Sales works as an extension to existing sales teams developing strategies and implementing lead generation techniques to dramatically increase revenue.
Her efforts have clearly paid off. “We have had a recent surge in contract wins,” says Nicola. “That boosted our plans for expansion and led to the need for bigger premises.” The move required a six-figure investment but Nicola believes the investment in a new home for the business will pay off.
By the end of this year, Xcel Sales Ltd plans to take on an additional 20 staff members. Staff will also be able to get NVQ level qualification thanks to the company’s partnership with a local training provider. Nicola will also oversee initiatives such as the recently launched apprentice and mentorship scheme, which provides training and guidance for people hoping to start a career in sales.
