The Sales Leadership Alliance (SLA) has announced that its ‘gender diversity in sales’ research is now live.
The easy-fill survey takes just five minutes to complete and the SLA hopes it will provide an invaluable insight into the gender diversity in UK companies’ sales teams.
The survey is open to all professionals, both men and women, working in sales roles and aims to compile a robust set of data including as many women professionals as possible taking an active part in senior industry positions. The SLA also urges all respondents to alert their peers to the opportunity.
Initial findings will be presented at the SLA’s Fellows quarterly meeting on 21 March 2013. This, along with a ‘gender diversity in sales’ panel discussion provided by Rebecca Hill of Ernst & Young, will help form the basis of a future paper to be published.
SI will be sharing more details and some research on the subject over the next few weeks.
