ForceManager’s CRM application will simplify the management of the dealership’s database of around 2,500 clients, providing staff with better information when operating in the field, and improving client coverage. The automated reporting will also enable sales managers to monitor and analyse sales activity and performance, as well as reducing paper consumption. The solution is being used by the company’s field sales representatives, managers and directors.
“Previously all of our reporting was done on paper, which wasn’t practical for our mobile sales staff and was highly inefficient. As a result we didn’t have accurate records about our customers which meant that many of them weren’t getting regular visits. Using ForceManager we have solved this issue and implemented a more efficient call cycle by automating all our reporting. This provides us with an accurate overview of all our sales activity and gives managers and directors instant access to the information generated by the reports,” said Richard Sword, Group Parts Manager at Now Vauxhall.
With the ForceManager mobile application, Now Vauxhall’s field sales representatives can access detailed information about clients as well as all previous interactions and transactions on their smartphone. ForceManager has also worked closely with the dealership to develop its solution for the motor trade including bespoke features such as information fields on how many ramps a garage has and the various suppliers that they use.
“We’ve been impressed by the speed and ease of use, and also by the way in which ForceManager has tailored the solution to suit our specific requirements. The result is that we spend less time manually reporting and more time visiting customers, which in turn is improving sales,” added Dave Royal, Commercial Director at Now Vauxhall.
Javier Peralta, UK and Ireland Country Manager at ForceManager, commented: “The success of this deployment – increasing Now Vauxhall’s customer visits and sales – clearly demonstrates the real benefits that our solution has to offer to mobile sales teams, including its flexibility and adaptability to meet the specific needs of various sectors and trades.”
ForceManager recently released an updated version of its mobile application for Android Lollipop 5.0, incorporating a new notification system, a new-look dashboard, enhanced geo-location functionality and faster data processing speeds. ForceManager was recognised as one of the most exciting start-ups in Europe in the recent Red Herring Europe awards and was also named B2B Technology Company of the Year at the South Summit festival.
