Microsoft partner Tisski will be one of the first to show Dynamics CRM 2015, Microsoft’s CRM solution, and Microsoft NAV 2015, their dedicated Enterprise Resource Planning solution. During a series of roadshow events held throughout the UK, the group will pitch the product to various attendees.
The free half day seminars, to be held in London, Birmingham, and Manchester, at the end of January 2015, are aimed at representatives from sales, marketing, finance, and operations functions. The program on the day is designed for those looking to implement Dynamics CRM or NAV for the first time, as well as current users of older versions of the solutions.
Delegates will hear from Microsoft about the future for both systems beyond 2015. There will also be an opportunity to speak to the CRM and ERP experts from Microsoft and Tisski directly
Enhancements available in Dynamics CRM and NAV include the opportunity to better integrate and align front office and back office processes and reporting. There is also enhanced dashboard reporting, the ability to better integrate sales and marketing activity, further process customisation and automation options, and more.
