Auditus & Gentleman today announced the launch of their new tool the Applied Training Audit. In an exciting development for the sales training sector the Applied Training Audit addresses challenges sales leaders face with their staff retaining sales training knowledge.
An Applied Training Audit is a process defined as “a quality improvement process that seeks to increase Sales Representative’s retention of sales methodology through systematic review of the process during live sales calls". They are designed with a view to seeing a change in sales representative behaviour upon completion of an audit.
