Incentivise-me is an online points-make-prizes system suitable for B2B and B2C campaigns through which participants can earn and collect points and convert them into gifts.
After proving successful in the UK, The Phoenix Partners was asked by potential clients in Canada, Switzerland, the Far East and the US, to develop an international version offering multi-language and alternative currency options. An instant win white-label scheme is also being introduced.
Director of The Phoenix Partners, Rachel Hargrave, said: “The original Incentivise-me website was developed after we had worked for major global clients including Canon Europe who commissioned us to design, develop and run large bespoke motivation and incentivisation campaigns. Incentivise-me took what we had learnt through running those bespoke schemes and made it accessible to the SME market as an off-the-shelf solution. Our new website has the capability to offer multi-language options, run different currencies and tax regimes making the schemeattractive to companies trading globally.
“During 2012 we’ve seen companies increase their focus on incentivising, motivating and rewarding valuable members of staff as a cost-effective solution to recruiting and training new staff, which can cost as much as £7k per individual.
“But above all else, it’s a great way for companies to increase their sales. One of our high street retail clients increased its sales by 36% in a heavily competitive market. That retailer has worked with us for three years now and has reported an increase in sales performance every year as staff have grown to look forward to, welcome and respond to the campaign’s launch. As the scheme works on a points system which rewards staff against sales, the fulfillment effectively doesn’t cost the company anything. Instead, it increases the brand’s presence and drives market share.”
The Phoenix Partners is also introducing an instant win white-label scheme called ‘What Did I Win?’ as well as a ‘lite’ version which will drive traffic to Facebook and other social media sites.
Hargrave added: “More companies are pro-actively working with social media channels and consumer brands in particular want to extend their brand reach and attract new customers. The ‘lite’ version of ‘What Did I Win?’ will provide an extremely cost-effective way for companies and brands to reach and incentivise prospective and existing customers. Together, our off-the-shelf schemes ensure that increasing productivity, motivating and retaining staff are achievable by every company no matter how big or small.”
