Network services group Networks First is offering a fifty thousand pound business start up payment to experienced new business talent with an ambition to be their own boss within three years.
The lump sum payment, which can be used to start a business in any discipline, is in addition to the salary, commission scheme and benefits the business offers. The new recruit to the Networks First team will also be offered a tailored business start-up training programme to maximise their chances of success.
Networks First believes that the chance of a guaranteed, non-commission based payment which will enable a potential entrepreneur to start their ideal business will be highly attractive to the calibre of employee they are looking to engage with.
Tom Mulvaney, Managing Director at Networks First commented: “Successful IT services salespeople are a rare breed so we’re offering something we think will interest a wider spectrum of candidates with drive, a thirst for responsibility and real entrepreneurial flair. The fifty thousand pounds can be used to start any business – we’d be just as excited if it was a worm farm on the Orkneys as if it was something complimentary to Networks First’s offering.
“If it does turn out to be a technology business we can work with, then we’ve achieved two things – we’ve created a partner, and we’ve enabled someone to be in control of their own company. As a business with founders who took a big entrepreneurial risk themselves, we know what it feels like to have that burning ambition, and we think it should be celebrated.
“Networks First turns 25 in early 2015, and we’d love to begin that milestone year with a new addition to our team and the chance to give something back.” Mulvaney concluded.
