Award-winning eCommerce agency Space 48, has appointed Alex Shepherd as commercial director to help spearhead its future growth.
Shepherd has been appointed to further grow the commercial side of the business using his wealth of knowledge and experience from working with clients such as Virgin Money and Brother UK, within the digital sphere.
He has joined Space 48 from leading independent media planning and buying specialist, Carat, where he was associate director. Prior to working at Carat, Shepherd had worked at MediaVest as associate director for more than 10 years.
The new appointment represents Space 48’s growth to a larger agency structure, after a very successful 2013. Shepherd’s main role is to increase new business for the ever-growing agency as well as taking a lead on in-house marketing for the agency.
