Aggregate Industries has bolstered its UK sales division with the introduction of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) programme.
Introduced to alleviate the challenging trading conditions in the market, the significant investment was made to offer skills and behaviour training and coaching to its sales force.
As a result, the company has seen more than 200 ISMM qualifications successfully completed, more than any other sales organisation in the UK.
Working alongside online learning specialist Growth Engineering, the ISMM course combines e-learning exercises with written submissions and interactive workshops.
