    Have you ever attended a meeting you felt wasted your valuable time? Then read on. If you have to organise and run meetings; participate in internal meetings in your organisation; or attend external meetings, this course is essential for you.

    This course covers the planning of a meeting; roles and behaviours during a meeting; recordings and minute taking and the action planning and follow up of the meeting. Meetings should be creative, dynamic, results driven, inspiring, motivating and enjoyable. If your meetings are not like this, then this course will help turn that around.

    Pre course information

    Delegates should bring 3 copies of an agenda and minutes of a recent meeting they have been involved in that can be shared amongst the group. Please block out any personal or company sensitive information you do not want to show.
